Mining Companies are dumping more than 180 million tonnes of hazardous mine waste each year into rivers, lakes, and oceans worldwide, threatening vital bodies of water with toxic heavy metals and other chemicals poisonous to humans and wildlife – and many of the worst examples are here in PNG….

    People on the street everyday talking about so call development boom in the country. Excited that they may have jobs to earn good wages and more. This piosoness wastes is absoluately threatening to every living things should all of us take it quite seriously.

    Simberi has a very GOOD record with both the environment and community
    Better than anything the PNG government has done, THAT IS FOR SURE!
